At Penta Punch, your satisfaction is our priority. We are very conscious of your
order details, and every product undergoes three quality checks before shipment.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our
clear return and refund policy.

#### **Returns**

You are welcome to return the goods within **30 days** if the wrong or damaged items
are sent to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 * Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 * In the original packaging.
 * Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, return postage costs to our factory, including all kinds of customs
and taxes, will be paid by the buyer.

#### **Non-returnable Items**

Certain items cannot be returned. These include:

 * Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

#### **Late or Missing Refunds**

Penta Punch is not responsible for any damage or loss of shipment. Any claim will
be entertained according to the invoice value if it is less than **US $100**, or
a maximum of **US $100** will be applied.
